Domaine Mimosa
Love Mimosas? Then elevate your palate with our Domaine Mimosa crafted by Sur Le Palais!

Ingredients
- 1 oz. Lemonade
- 1 oz. Domaine de Canton
- Prosecco
- Cherry Garnish
Instructions
- Pick your favorite champagne glass
- Add 1 oz of lemonade
- Add 1 oz of Domaine de Canton
- Top off with prosecco and cherry garnish
- Enjoy

Ginger Rita
Elevate your palate with a Ginger Rita!
Servings: 1 person
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Camerana (Tequila)
- 2 oz. Domaine de Canton
- 1/2 oz. Sour Mix or Lemonade
- 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
- Ice
Instructions
- Pour 2 oz of Camerana (Tequila) into your favorite beverage glass
- Add 2 oz of Domaine de Canton
- Add 1/2 Sour Mix or Lemonade
- Add 1/2 oz of Lime Juice
- Stir or Shake
- Add ice and enjoy!
Sur Le Palais Fashioned

- Cocktail Muddler
Ingredients
- 1 Cherry
- 1 Orange Slice
- 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- Ice
- 2 oz Fiddlers Bourbon
- 1 oz Domaine de Canton
- Bitters
Instructions
- Muddle 1 cherry and 1 orange slice with 1/2 oz. of Sweet Vermouth
- Add Ice
- Add 2 oz. of Fiddlers Bourbon
- Add 1 oz. of Domaine de Canton
- Add 2 dashes of Bitters
- Stir lightly and enjoy!

- 2 oz. ASW Fiddler Unison Bourbon Whiskey
- 2 oz. Ginger Beer
- .25 oz. Lime Juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a shaker and shake lighly
- Pour in moscow Mule copper cup or cocktail glass

- 2 oz. Bulleit 95 Rye Straight American Rye Whiskey
- 1 ea Cinnamon Stick
- 3 oz. Apple Liqueur
- 3 oz. Lemonade
- ice
Instructions
- Pour liquid ingredients in cocktail glass
- Stir with a cinnamon stick and enjoy responsibily

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Red Hazel Spiced Whiskey Spiced Whiskey
- 4 Cranberries
- 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
- 3 dashes Mint Bitter
- 1 bottle Simple Syrup
- 3 Mint Leaves (Optional)
Instructions
- Muddle 4 Cranberries or 3 Mint Leaves with 2 squirts of Simple Syrup in cocktail class
- Add ice
- Add 3 dashes of Mint Bitter
- Add 2 oz. Red Hazel Spiced Whiskey
- Add 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
- Insert cocktail straw & enjoy!
